Outside In

At Berglund Architects we’re always looking for new and interesting ways to bring our incredible Colorado surroundings into our homes; bringing in views and light and creating strong indoor-outdoor connections. Many of our past projects have incorporated Weiland Lift and Slide doors and Steel windows, and we have tried to push glass sizes and areas to its limits while maintaining the high insulation values important for comfort in our climate.

A few products that have piqued our interest lately have included Vitrocsa‘s ‘Turntable’ doors, Wilson’s Clear-vue system and Brombal windows – Adam and Hans from our office were lucky enough to travel to Italy this year to tour their facilities – more info to come!
