ADAM GILMER

Adam’s passion for sustainable building practices and emerging technologies is utilized in projects that range from private residences to multi-family developments to large mixed-use buildings. Adam has extensive experience in three-dimensional computer modeling which has been a critical design tool in several of the complex residences and mixed-use projects upon which he has worked. These 3D computer models have become a significant part of the design and planning approval processes as well as developers’ presentation materials for sales documents. The high quality 3D computer images and computer walk through animations which Adam creates are an extremely valuable tool to communicate the firm’s designs to clients. Adam’s value of shared ideas and passion for sustainable design contributes significantly to the firm’s progressive open minded design environment. His collaborative team approach has resulted in outstanding design innovation and client service on the wide range of projects on which he has worked.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design, Emphasis in Architecture, from the University of Colorado and has been with Berglund Architects since 2005. Adam has been a licensed architect since 2014.
