Berglund Architects has a talented, passionate team of professionals led by Hans Berglund, Adam Gilmer, and Stephanie Lord-Johnson as the firm's three principals. With their combined 85-plus years of architectural and interior design experience, the three collaborate with their clients and the rest of the firm's staff throughout the design of their projects. At the initial stage of design they explore a variety of concepts that are distilled through the firm's Charrette model- a process where over the course of a few days, they spend intensive time on the site engaging and sketching the design live with their client, making quick, continual refinements until the design perfectly matches their client's needs, lifestyle and vision. Berglund Architects also provides interior architecture and design on the majority of its homes and projects, seamlessly designed and coordinated with the exterior architecture using advanced 3D computer modeling, computer renderings, and 3D computer walkthroughs so that the clients have a thorough understanding of all design components before the start of construction.
