KATHERINE CREW

Katherine's passion for architecture started from a young age. She loved walking through open house showings in the neighborhood with her dad and always knew she wanted to be in the design field. 

She attended the University of Colorado, earning her degree as a Bachelor of Environmental Design, which later led her to complete a Master's in Sustainable Architecture, specializing in housing, from the University of Oregon, graduating in 2017.

Katherine has a strong background in building information management (BIM) and design software. She values the beauty in analog drawing and is constantly learning and improving her skills. She is motivated to apply sustainable practices to her designs daily. Her passion for architecture is driven by her experiences outdoors, adventures, and travel. She values the importance of nature and understands the importance of integrating the building into the site to capture the surrounding landscape best. Katherine began her career with Berglund Architects in 2017.
