EAST BEAVER DAM RESIDENCE

    Situated on the banks of Gore Creek, this luxury duplex residence consists of a 6,000sf, 6 bedroom ‘spec’ home as well as a 4,000sf, owner unit both over 3 levels. The primary side of the duplex features a generous foyer entry, open plan living room, kitchen and dining room, master bedroom suite, mud room, and powder room on the main level. A secondary master suite and another bedroom are located on the upper level. The lower level houses three bedrooms with attached baths, a laundry room, unfinished bonus room under the garage and a family room that opens up to the river with a bar, small wine room and space for a pool table. The unit also features an attached oversized two-car garage, a large partially covered deck and a generous patio on the ground level off the family room with a hot tub and fire pit.


    The owner’s side of the Duplex is also on three levels with a great room, large deck, master bedroom suite, storage and powder room on the main level, main entry, guest master suite and mud room on the upper level; and two bedrooms with attached baths, a laundry room, sauna room and family room with patio overlooking the river on the lower level. This unit also includes an attached two-car garage over the primary unit garage.


    The homes’ siting and layout was carefully planned to maximize the allowable square footage and work within the local authorities height limits while maintaining generous spaces and high ceilings. Berglund Architects’ also provided interior fixed finish design for the residences’ 14 luxurious bathrooms, 8 fireplaces, kitchens and wet bar areas.
